All shipping is carried out through Australia Post Parcel which is a trackable service with no signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend.
We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia.
